This policy explains what Revutation collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers this website only.
What we collect
We collect the details you type into our contact and assessment forms: your name, company or property name, email address, phone number, property type, the services you tell us you’re interested in, and anything you write in the message field. We only receive this if you choose to submit a form.
Our hosting provider also records standard technical information for every visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. This is used to keep the site running and to protect it from abuse.
If analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. It tells us things like which pages are popular and which searches brought you here. We do not use it to identify you personally.
Why we collect it
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, prepare an assessment if you’ve asked for one, and follow up about working together. We use technical and analytics information to improve the site and keep it secure.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your information. We don’t rent or trade it. We don’t add you to a marketing list because you filled in a contact form, and we don’t share your details with other clients.
Who else handles your information
A small number of service providers process data on our behalf so the site can function:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and delivers it to your browser.
- Brevo delivers the notification email when you submit a form.
- Google Analytics provides site usage reporting, where enabled.
Each of these is bound by its own privacy terms. We share your information with them only to the extent needed to run the site and reply to you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain a record of our correspondence. If you’d like us to delete your enquiry, ask and we will.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Where Google Analytics is enabled it sets its own cookies to measure site usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we’ll deal with it.
Children
This site is intended for hospitality businesses and is not directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and change the date at the top.
